Tajine of Khlii, Eggs, Onions

this one is quick and easy, and is so delicious!


  • 4 eggs
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp. khlii fat or grease
  • 3 tbsp. khlii Meat
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Peel and mince the onions.
  2. Peel the tomatoes and cut into rounds.
  3. Layer the minced onions onto a tajine, then layer the tomatoes, add a little olive oil (to taste) and the fat from Moroccan Khlii, ass salt and pepper to taste, add the khlii meat in the center, and let simmer until the onions are golden brown.
  4. Break the eggs over the tomatoes, and let it simmer for 2 minutes, it is necessary that the egg whites are cooked and the yolk should remain liquid.
  5. Serve promptly.
